Quilting Fundamentals Series (Class 2)
If you have been quilting for a while or are a beginner and you want to:
- Hone your skills to figure out why things don't come out the way you expect.
- Learn the proper - correct - best - efficient way to do things
- Learn about color theory
- Learn to select fabrics based on a color wheel
- learn about rulers and rotary cutters.
- Review rotary cutting guidelines
- Cutting Strips and Squares (these will be used in a project, so we have a plan for them)
- Differences between 1/4" seam and Scant 1/4" seam. Best practices to achieve both.
- Thread color
- Fabric samples, different quality of fabric.
- Pressing of seams, which directions and why.
